Hello. 2 Questions:

1. If I work the necessary hours for the health stipend, do I get the full amount or only up to what I'm buying for health insurance?

For example, if I'm paying $200 for health insurance and if my health stipend is $385/month, would I get $200 or $385. (I understand it's done by quarter)

2. if I sign up for health insurance in only the last month of the quarter (move cities), would instill qualify for the stipend in that quarter?
