Im impressed by all these nice homes FTHB's are purchasing
Im in my early 40's. I bought my first home 20 years ago and it was a dump. I had to do a lot to it. It took years to turn it into a solid, nice looking house. I was happy to get rid of it and move on. I had only planned on living there for 5 years but ended up staying for 17. Cheers!
