Gaining strength advice

Alright so I need some help. I do everything right and I’m on a lean bulk. I workout 5x5 and I’m struggling to gain strength. Other lifts I’m getting stronger at such as curls and OHP but my bench I’m stuck at 185 and just can’t seem to get stronger. Is this a normal issue for a lot of people? I’m 6 ft 167 pounds about 6 months into working out.

About 7 months in

Bench 180
Bent over row 170
Squat 185 I know I can do more. I just don’t progress with it quickly
OHP 125
Incline bench 160
25 pounds added for 8 strict pull ups

Am I about right for my size?
