2000 negative cable bolt location.

Where is this cable supposed to be bolted? I just bought the truck two years ago and today it wouldn’t start I hit a big bump and it died I’m thinking this came undone from something.

Moving locally across town, and the first quote I got was $270/hour. 😳

Has anyone here used local movers recently? Is that about what you were quoted? I know I can call around and get more estimates, but that first price definitely caught me off guard.
