I was given one week to help students prepare for Algebra I Regents

I have an idea about what I want to do.

What would you all do?

The regents is an exam high school students take in NY to graduate. The Algebra I is required to graduate. They take it as freshman. These are also students that have failed the exam once and are retaking it. I have 4 days this upcoming week. Each day I have two 90 minute sessions.

Help me decide what to do with my hair

I haven't had a proper haircut in a while. I've only gotten shape ups for months along with a low fade here and there.

Suggestions please.

Talk Therapy & EMDR?

For those of you that do both or have done both, do you talk to your talk therapist about your EMDR sessions or do you discuss other things?

I'm finding talk therapy to be unproductive after beginning EMDR because I don't have much to say.

Thoughts?

Laptop or Phone for Virtual EMDR?

I've been through the first few stages of EMDR my therapist mentioning this upcoming session she'd bee introducing me to the platform she uses for EMDR.

She said either phone or laptop is fine and that her patients have been successful on either.

What do you all think?
