How do you guys push through the lethargy and hunger? I get ONE week a month that I am suddenly so intensely tired, unfocused and STARVING. After 3 weeks of being completely locked in on running, stairs, palates. And then it goes away and I restart. It really, really throws a wrench in my weighloss and I wondered if there was anything you guys do to help stay on track during this phase that doesnt involve a straightjacket?

I'm a U.S. citizen going to Pelee island for camping next month, last visit we made it a point to eat all the stuff we don't have in the states like peameal bacon, butter tarts, nanimo bars, and found my new favorite icecream Moon Mist... now I'm wondering is there anything special that Canadians typically only eat at camp?

Does anyone get a placebo instant high after swallowing your edibles?? It can literally be 10 mg or 100 mg, he SECOND I swallow I'm hit with a sudden wave of what can be perceived as really high for maybe 10 minutes and then i go back to normal amd resume the normal high. Anxiety?? Placebo?? I didn't always have it either. It started in the last like 3 years (been a consumer for about 14 years)

I'm going camping on Pelee island (think Canadian/Michigan wilderness) and need some under 300 page reading for night time. I stay up incredibly late and my husband goes to bed early, so I figured why not do some themed reading? I want to be SCARED. The more intense, the better. Preferably no Stephen King, unless you REALLY think it fits.
