Can no longer connect to my mortgage account

Have tried Finicity and Plaid and it never prompts me for two-factor. It just fails every time. I make regular extra payments and so tracking this balance is very important to me and tracking net worth/debt.

Bank is Planet Home Lending and its on the loansphereservicingdigital platform. Any help is appreciated. This is super frustrating as connectivity becomes and issue with more and more accounts.

Park Assist on 2025 SEL Fob

I purchased a 2025 SEL a few weeks ago. Everything I’ve read says this trim doesn’t have park assist but it is on my fobs. Is it on all fobs for this year or am I missing something?

Thanks!

Play More on two phones - Can I tell which is tied to our free Disney+ or does it matter?

We have two phones on our plan which are still on the Play More plans which afford us the Free Disney Plus and other things. We are getting ready to upgrade the two phones but are willing to buy a phone separate without changing the plan for one of the two, in order to retain the benefits of Play More. Is there a way to know which of the two devices is tied to our current use of the free Disney+ account or does it matter which device we change out?

How to move GI Bill months between dependents?

Ex and I both veterans but I got out before moving/leaving to kids GI Bill became a thing so I’m unfamiliar with the process.

Ex left 2 years to each of our kids. One kid used a year and is done. Won’t use the second year.

Ex used most/all of second kid’s months and went back to school himself.

The second kid is now entering college in the Fall and needs the remaining year from kid 1 moved to her. I’m trying to help her apply for benefits.

What does she or her dad need to do to move the remaining months to her?

He’s not always on top of stuff so I’m trying to understand the process so I can encourage/facilitate this getting done.

Thanks for the help!

What is the threshold for the compounding to begin the heavy lifting?

I’ve seen comments about this a lot lately. I’m not sure if the answer is highly personal, or if anyone has done the math to determine approximate thresholds. I’m invested between I, C, and S at 9.64% in growth YTD.

I am finally maxing out my TSP, but I also have other short-term goals such as paying off my home before I retire in the next six years. My husband and I are dual income plus there are Military and VA pensions at play so the TSP is by no means the biggest leg of our stool.

I do a good job at running all our numbers, tax and otherwise, but I don’t want to shoot myself in the foot by not contributing enough if I step back a bit.
