My app was verified almost two months now, and yet I haven't heard anything from Midwestern.

For example, I am struggling with this question from Oakland: Describe a significant sacrifice you had to make for someone else. How did you respond, what help-seeking behaviors did you utilize, and how did the experience shape your resilience, self-awareness, or personal growth?

I've been racking my brain, and I cannot come up with a good example where I made a significant sacrifice. Wtf do I do in this situation? Not submitting the secondary?

I am trying out mean-reversal strategy. It's working great when there is a full blown reversal, but always lost at pullback. I can't come up with a way to identify / predict wether it's just a pull back vs going to full reversal. Any suggestion?

My transcript doesnt have W next to writing intensive courses. How do I designate this on AMCAS and AACOMAS? How do I let schools know I meet their English requirement?
