Advice on battery replacement

It has been 3 years since i have been using this tuf f15 i7-12700h.

Battery health is 69.4% rn so wanted opinions, should i replace the battery.

Also any website or any recommendation in buying the battery and can i safely replace it at home cause the thing is i have done dual boot for linux so i basically don't want to send it to official service centers cause they have some wipe the data policy. Another option is third party stores.

If i have no internship options so can't do that.

Now for swayam do they take a fee for certification and did you guys have to do 4-5 courses related to cs to complete the 100 hr requirement.
