yes there was a crack in the IEM that's why i wanted to replace it in the first place, inko kya lagta hai ki maine 1 month tak apne dimaag ko kharaab kyu kiya? ye toh ab ragebait kar rahe atp

I'll keep it short(maybe not), maine TAS se 9th may ko gk kunten receive kiya tha fir 4 din baad mujhe dikha ki uska jo qdc type connector hai usme bohot chota sa crack hai jo bohot muskil se notice ho rha tha fir maine,

13th may ko complaint daali refund ya replacement keliye fir unhone aana-kaani karte karte 8 dino baad 20th mai ko pickup arrange kiya,

fir bluedart bkl pickup lene aaya hi nhi, call karke bola tha ki kal aayega par uss bkl ne 27th may ko 7 din baad pickup kiya,

fir maine bataya ki pickup ho chuka hai fir unhone kaha ok fir maine ek request kiya ki kya mujhe replacement ke badle discount coupon ya store credit milega? kyuki paise toh wapas milenge nhi chalo woh toh thik hai lekin inka reply kya aata hai?

fir unhone 30 may se lekar 8 june tak inspection hi karte reh gaye,

8 days to arrange a pickup 7 days to pickup a product(ye to chalo bluedart waale bkl ki wajah se tha) 10 days to inspect a crack and guess what they replied to me after the inspection?

jo crack aaya hai woh toh sirf right side pe hi aaya hai, inki team ne 10 din laga ke ye molding line hi khoja hai?

fir keh rahe hai ki --both IEMs are producing balance audio output during testing, and no functional issues have been detected(no shit)

jab saare test pass ho hi gaye hai toh chaliye apna address laiye ham aapko apka IEM wapas ship kardete hai
