Is there a way to rename the samples I've pulled into the drum machine. Right now it says Slice 1, Sice 2 etc. I would like to rename them "Drum" "Snare" etc. Also is there a way I can save this "machine" separate from the sample I pulled them from so that if I delete the original samples these samples won't be deleted? Thanks?

For other bands in this sub, for your drums do use sampled hits or actual drum machines?

I’ve recently been trying to recreate some beats I know were made on the Kawai R-100 and there just seems to me some magic missing from every sample pack vs hearing a track actually made on the machine and YouTube clips of demos of the machine.

Also, if you do use samples; how do you recreate it live? Sampler? Laptop? Thanks.

Anyone have any pics of the current merch booth? I want to be prepared for what I want to buy when he comes to Memphis next week.
