I live near about 127th and Pflumm on the border of Overland Park and Olathe. Every night with few exceptions we hear extremely loud cars fly by on Pflumm.
It rattles the neighborhood it's so loud.
Are these just idiot kids/young adults trying to be fast and furious out of immaturity etc.? Or is there something more going on?
Is it just here or is it all over KC?
I've never seen anybody pulled over.
