Something weird I found out about Skirk is that one of her skill NAs will go pass any shield a mitachurl is holding. Does any other character do this?

I really like her design and don’t have enough Jades left. I recently started HSR after seeing her design and really wanted her. However, I don’t think I can farm 180 pulls in 12 days.
