Found out in the dunes, near the field of dead coral crabs. Deep, deep below past the border
So, to be brief. The problem, is obviously, that weird audio stuttering that happens. It typically happens most often in echo-y areas, but can happen at complete random. It wasn't super intense in this clip, but it gets pretty bad.
Full disclosure: I am using the Unlimited FPS patch. The framerate is not super consistent. To be specific, it's the built in frame patch. I have the game running at 1080p. The game is capped at 60fps with Vsync.
What I've tried so far: I've tried changing the audio buffering around (4ms, 50ms, 120ms, and 250ms) I've tried using time stretch at 75%. I believe in the past, I tried messing around with Async settings, but I'm not sure what.
So far.. I've gotten the problem to be reduced, but its still very noticeable. the buffering and time stretch helped, but not enough. Setting time stretch to 100 possibly made it worse, but I didn't really do a control test as of posting this.
