What if Yugoslavia managed to achieve nuclear weapons?

I mean they were on the right track, they had the Karna mine and they had the PUREX plutonium reprocessing plant (which eventually they could have scaled up).

From my understanding they couldn't get a a nuclear reactor to process the spent nuclear fuel from the PUREX plant. And then in 1970 they signed the NPT, so the program was abandoned.

Opinion on plans for future reusable launchers

The Vega C upper stage, reusable partially Arianne 6 variants and more! Will Europe succeed in the launch vehicle market? Or does it stand no chance against the current Leader SpaceX and their upcoming starship, alongside New Glenn? Will the future of Launch vehicles be Multipolar or a monopoly?

I am Struggling with retrograde orbits after homann Transfers and captures

When performing homman transfers between planets such as duna after capture I seem to have a 50/50 chance to enter a retrograde orbit, which is frustrating since I can't renveouzs with other spacecraft and reverting takes way to much time and fuel, is there a way to know what orbit I am going to achieve?
