Anyone else get banned from their social media for asking a generic question?
So a few months ago, I went to an information session at the Revalie where management discussed the new buildings and spaces under construction (which is set to open later this summer). At the end of the information session, they basically passed around a signup sheet where we could put in our names and units numbers, and we could sign up for a tour of some of the new apartments and amenity spaces. Thought it would be cool, signed up and then moved on to other things
Never heard anything back. Itself it’s not that big a deal, but I politely left a comment on their social media asking if residents who signed up could get a tour of the new space. I have now seemingly been blocked, as I am unable to view their page. Used another account to bypass, and it seems as if they deleted my question as well.
I get that it’s gone progressively downhill since Kelsey Pletzer (the original manager) left. But I don’t see what the issue is with asking a generic question, especially when their social media posts get so little interaction, other than friends of staff members leaving supportive commentary (for some reason 🤷🏼♂️). Their promotional material has been scummy in the past (they did a “Sign up today and win an item” event last year that was total bullshit and they quickly deleted the posts) and you have to wonder what their end game is here
