I made this hatchet, how did i do?

Modeled in Blender and textured in substance.

Recently someone told me to be more interesting with my textures, try to make them not look like the prefabbed substance painter textures. I think I did a good job, but im worried I maybe did too much? What do you think?

No idea what this is but its cool

Modeled in Blender, textured in substance.

Im still very new to 3d modeling and have been practicing quite a bit these past couple months. I feel very proud of this model as it was done without reference for the most part.

Ive also been practicing game ready work flows, still havent quite gotten there. This model is ~2.5k tris with 4k trxtures. Its probably still too heavy to be game ready though, right?

What are your thoughts?

First animation

I made this model for a separate project but thought the button looked SO pushable. So I had to try animating it being pushed. Never really tried animating anything before. The hand was an asset but wasnt textured so I had to do that manually, howd it turn out?

More pictures of the model in the comments.
