How do I fit 37s on my 4th gen Tacoma (24,25,26) I figured it out.

2 inch lift is a minimum (I used Bilstein 5100s on 4th clip)

Bumper cut (Viper cut works too you just need to clear that first front area.)

Spacers or aggressive offset wheels (This is to clear the sway bar from rubbing, I have 1.5inch KSP spacers, stock Tundra rims)

Front wheel well Crash Bracket delete (3 simple bolts and it comes right off)

Hammer in the back of the front fender (Shown in my pictures, you WILL rub if you don’t hammer this portion in)

After all of that, you’ll need a tune to not feel like a sloth, and probably to support the transmission from killing itself. I recommend OTT tuning (If in SoCal, Quoc is great 🙂 )

Full lock no rubbing. I will keep you all posted on transmission temps to see if they rise past normal, along with offroad use.

I plan on off-roading within the next 3 weeks, so once I go and test out the articulation, I will report back.

I will be on a 3.5 inch lift eventually, but for now, this works and it looks phenomenal.

Custom dual exhaust out the back, Banks Ram air intake & boost tubes, OTT tuned. Ask away any questions!
