What do women actually want from activewear?

Im working on an idea built around a simple philosophy: move to heal, exploring the gaps in the female activewear industry. I personally find that when I’m wearing something I feel comfortable and confident in, it’s easier for me to show up to my fitness commitments. Rather than creating a brand that focuses only on performance and appearance, Im interested in the connections between what we wear, how we feel and our motivation to move. For me, movement is a tool for healing- not just physically, but mentally too. I want to explore whether activewear can play a part in that — helping women feel comfortable, confident and motivated to move in whatever way feels good to them. Most importantly, I want to understand what women feel is currently missing from the activewear industry and what they genuinely want from the clothes they move in.
