Bosch WUU24T7XES - washer damaged during move, bad shock absorbers and tub hitting chassis
Hi, I have a Bosch WUU24T7XES washing machine that got damaged during a move. The washer was transported laying on its side and we had a collision with another car during transport. It looks like the lower part of the machine took the impact and there are some scratches underneath.
Since then the washer started making several noises
The shock absorbers have almost no resistance anymore.
The tub strongly hits the chassis on the lower front-left side during certain parts of the spin cycle.
The door seal/gasket became slightly folded.
When rotating the drum by hand there is one specific point where it rubs.
There is also an occasional metallic rattling noise during spin (I couldn’t capture it on video).
Video 1: noises during wash cycle.
Video 2: tub/chassis impacts during spin cycle.
I’m planning to replace the shock absorbers because they are clearly bad, but I’d like to know what other components could have been damaged by the impact or excessive movement
