Buying a 1-day fishing licence without an Outdoors Card?

I know a 1-day sport fishing licence doesn’t require an Outdoors Card, but the online system seems to require one to create an account.

Can I still buy it online somewhere, or do I need to buy it in person?

Evidence that Shaykh Muhammad Salih Al-Munajjid is a Suroori?

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته,

I sometimes see claims that Shaykh Muhammad Salih Al-Munajjid (IslamQA) has misguidances or is a "Suroori." However, his content relies heavily on major scholars, and I've never seen solid proof of these allegations.

Does anyone have actual evidence from his own statements, writings, or lectures to back up this?

Best footwear for Hopewell Rocks at low tide?

Visiting Hopewell Rocks soon and wondering what footwear is best for walking on the ocean floor at low tide.

I have two options:

  1. Waterproof hiking shoes: better traction and support, but they’ll probably get very muddy, and I’ll need to use them for a full hiking week afterward.
  2. Water shoes: easier to deal with in mud and water, but I’m concerned about traction on wet rocks.

For those who have been, which would you recommend?

Thanks!

Best affordable lobster rolls + seafood chowder between Montreal and Cape Breton?

Road-tripping from Montreal to Cape Breton this summer. Any recommendations for a great but not-too-expensive lobster roll and seafood chowder along the way or in Cape Breton?

Thanks!

How much time do you actually need at Hopewell Rocks just to explore the ocean floor?

Visiting Hopewell Rocks with ocean floor access from 12:30-17:00, low tide at 14:54 on June 24th.

I only want to explore the ocean floor and sea stack formations (no kayaking). The usual 2-hour recommendation seems a bit long. How much time would be enough?
