Anyone from Texas sold their car to Carvana recently (in 2026) - Did they let you keep the plates or do you surrender them? I'm aware of the new law effective 2025 but what's been your real life experience?

Getting wall connector installed and curious if folks are needing the permit or forgoing? How much did you pay out the door?
