Proper way to take your 30 min when you leave the station an hour late

Got to first stop about an hour late, fault of station and dispatch.

Hello, I recently walked off my post after giving written resignation to my shift supervisor. However Allied is refusing to pay my final wage in the time and form specified by law. The local office staff I have talked with admitted to not knowing what the laws regarding final pay is.

I'm currently a few hours out from allied being considered to have engaged in wage theft.

My question is how common is wage theft with Allied Universal?
