Stopped in Tokyo, Nara, Hikone and Kyoto. No luck in Hikone, but got a couple from each of the other three locations.
The “TRADZ” one is the logo of a local esports team. Secured it from an arcade/bar in Tokyo. It was the only option that the machine had.
(Technically these are just copper slugs, since, like, Japan.)
Not sure if I pruned this sufficiently… or very well at all. Went into this pruning pretty spontaneously, and forgot to take a before photo. (Cuttings shown so you can get an idea of how much it was taken down though.)
My goal isn’t exactly a tree-like jade, just a more balanced look — though based on how it’s growing, maybe tree-like is the way to achieve this. I am not sure.
I am seeking advice on additional cuts I could make (or cuts I shouldn’t have made…) in order to achieve a balanced shape and avoid legginess.
Also, is there anything I can do to help it best recover from this trim? As far as I know, I should avoid watering it for a week or so, and let it do its thing.
