My 30k-themed Hot Sauces
It's pepper harvest season and I'm making hot sauces and salsas while listening to The Horus Heresy (like book 30 at this point....I think...jesus how can you even keep track).
This year I did a whole line of Horus Heresy themed sauces to give to my nerd friends for Christmas gifts.
based on the names, how would you think they rate in hotness?
There is also a very mild salsa I made for the kids named "Robust Sillyman"

Steps to Prepare for Allopurinol Prescription
So, I was diagnosed with hyperuricemia. Not super excited about that, obviously. I rarely eat red meat, don't drink much, and exercise every day. All that is to say that the dr pretty much immediately said he wanted me on meds, b/c diet wasn't going to cut it.
I've read that going on allipurinol can be brutal, with gout attacks lasting from when you start til...well, whenever all the uric acid is purged. Super cool. Great news.
Is there anything I can do to get ready / reduce the extremity of an attack when I start?
