So depressed
I’m not sure what’s worse, not being able to eat food with gluten or the amount of judgment I get from friends and family.
I go out and order a salad (because it’s the only thing I can get that doesn’t have gluten) but I get judged for it? You think I want a salad when I’m drunk? I wish I could get a piece of pizza, but I can’t.
It’s the worst feeling in the world. Missing food I’ll never be able to eat again. Yeah they’re substitutes, but they don’t compare. I’ve had this disease for three years now I’m still learning to cope with it. I’ve been through a lot in my life, but this is the one of the worst things that’s happened to me. Thanks for listening to my rant.
