Son asked me to coach next year

my son is wanting me to join the coaching team next year. He is in 7u and this is his first season loves playing and his team. I know nothing about baseball other than watching MLB games and learning some hitting that I’ve done at home with him.

my question is: Whats the best way to learn? I am familiar with strength training but at that age it’s more about the fun of baseball

any suggestions welcomed!

”Your submission was not approved.

who do I get with to get this corrected or am I out of luck?

First baseball season

This year is my Son’s first baseball season and he is liking it. His games are either close to the time I get out of work or early in the morning. He is competitive but quiet at the same time. He was sharing his frustration on seeing pitches out of the blue.

What’s the best way to get him warmed up? I am open to any ideas. I have it planned to get there around 30 to 45 minutes before the game to play catch with him but I am afraid if of the first pitches he sees the whole day are at his first at bat?

We do batting cages on days off he usually doesn’t want to leave until we have gotten 100 pitches in. Same when we go outside to catch he likes to be out there 1 to 2 hours trying to catch the ball. (Even though right now its a hit or miss or he takes one to the face)

Disappointed with Fidelity- Unable to queue Premarket orders #Rant

I’ve hard fidelity for like 10+ years I love fidelity and they have come a long way but not being able to do early trading until 7 AM sucks.

I might have the wrong understanding but other brokers allow early morning trading as early as 4 AM (Webbull, Robinhood, interactive brokers, Charles Schwab) but fidelity doesn’t even allow us to queue orders for open at 7 AM.

I understand pre-market trading is risky and they might be trying to ”protect “ us but if I am the one working for it allow me to make mistakes.

I like do to Pharma stocks with part of my money and early trading seems to be the best time to capitalize on them.

alright just wanted to let the rant out

Stop Loss/ Sell Order

Is there a way to do a stop loss and sell order at the same time on Active Trader Pro?

For example, I buy Stock ABC at 12.00 and would like to set a sell order for when it reaches 13.00 but use a stop loss if it goes below 11.00.

Setting up PreMarket Orders

Is there a way to set up premarket orders? I know some other brokers allow you to set up an order and when early trading opens it submits it through.

I have to go in everyday at 7 and start setting up orders that expired the day before with nothing done. It's a little of a pain to have to go in everyday and input the new orders. I could be doing something wrong though.

Trader+ - "The Advisor is not a channel trader"

Started doing my usual morning trades and keep getting this message every time I try to make a trade. It is not stopping me since it is just a warning.

Anyone seen that before? Just trying to understand what it is

Often Trading Stocks

Hello all!

I recently started investing and have been able to deposit a good amount into my account. I like to go into trades and get out after making $10.00 - $20.00 within the last week it has allowed me to grow my account another $80.00 but I have been doing it with ETF.

I was thinking of doing the same with margin but was told I could not do it with ETFs since they can't be traded with Margin until it has past 30 days since ownership.

My question is, would using the same thought process with ETFs work with regular stocks? I basically just by in pre-market hours on things moving and then sell around 10:00 AM. I know it is a lot of work but it's only thing I seem to know how to do at the moment.

Also, any good book suggestions to learn would be awesome!
