I feel like this buyer is straight up bs-ing me. this was a 5 dollar purchase, in which i even included a freebie sweater because i was feeling nice. it clearly says what size it is and if she doesn’t know her size, it’s her fault. it also says that they’re kids jeans IN THE DESCRIPTION, once again her fault for not reading.

what should i do? How should i respond? refund or not?
