There are like weird bumps on my upper lips and they have some sort of tingling sensation, so i'm pretty sure it is herpes?

Last time (16th of March) I went to the doctor for the same reason because I got a white acne-like bump on my lower lip, but she said it was most likely not herpes but a wound due to me biting my lips frequently.

I haven't had any kind of intimate/sexual contact that might have caused it.
