Does anyone have any recommendations when it comes to contractors who would take on small projects?
I'm looking to do add lighting, some dry wall work/patching, painting on my condo and would like to have someone reputable do it correctly.
Near Birchmount/Steeles area.

Hey folks, I'm a first time home buyer and got this old-ish condo with fluorescent kitchen lights. This is one of the first things I want to change as a little project.
Looking to add an LED light in the middle instead and adding drywall to where the fluorescent lights are. Any thoughts on this one or do you have any other ideas for this small project that I can take inspiration from? I'd like it to be as simple as possible yet also looking modern.
