Is it possible to find the owner of a car part? Someone hit my car and ran but left the car part at the scene. Seems to be a passenger front fender piece I took a picture but I lt wouldn’t let me attach the image .

Been torn between a taco and the 4Runner. Pulled the trigger on the 4 runner. Got it wrapped right away and I’m in love with it so far

Any idea on how to fix this or what this problem is? It’s a 2024 trd off road premium 4Runner.
