Pelvic pain and having to pee after Pilates?

Has anyone else experienced this before? I'm a complete beginner with very poor muscle strength. I've been doing pilates for 2 weeks now. At first I was doing well but feeling it more in my legs and arms.

The last class, my instructor told me I was not in neutral spin position. Once she moved me into neutral spine and I started doing the exercises on the reformer, I felt a strange need to pee (specifically during prancing). After class I had a strange clenching feeling in my bladder. I had soreness and throbbing/spasming in my pelvic area and the need to pee every half hour. I've never had any pelvic issues before.

I have a feeling I'm either not engaging my core and breathing right. Or possibly my core muscles were so weak, I engaged them for the first time and this is how it feels?

Any advice? Unfortunately I can't afford private classes or pelvic floor therapy because I already bought a 3 month membership 😭.

How would you translate "manipulative" or "manipulation" in Urdu?

I'm try to explain to my husband that he is trying to manipulate me but I can't find the right words to explain to him.

Thanks in advance.

Looking for Flat for rent in E 11/E 12

Hello,

I'm looking for a 1 bedroom apartment furnished for a family in E11, E12 (prefer a building not above a shop).

Does anyone have any contacts? I reached out to some people via OLX/Zameen but they took my deposit and ran away. Don't know why it's so hard just to rent an apartment 😩.
