can i report my manager to HR

this manager literally caused me so much stress and ive been working for one week.

First, He literally forgot he hired me and didnt call me back for the start time until i called him

Second, He told me in an interview that he fired a bunch of people for their performance. And He hired 10 new replacements me being one of them.

He reprimanded me for not making sales. Even though I ask every time for signups and dont miss a single customer. He said hes gonna take me off register if i dont make sales. Mind u ive been working for 5 days like damn. Like why am i being threatened?

Then i got yelled at today for being a minute late. I was in the store at time in the morning. I cant enter the store if its locked. and it takes me like a minute to walk to the register and sign in.

When i got yelled at today for being late, i literally said “im one minute late” and he was like “yah but u need to be up and ready to work on time” but how can i do that if he doesnt even open the door for me when i arrive. do i wait outside for him to notice me waiting and for him to open the door?

Sometimes hes at the register and i have to wait for him to finish his stuff before he logs out the computer. so my clock in times show that im a few or so minutes behind.

Im really getting stressed out. I dont need this job, only for the summer, but i wanna report him because this is just not fair

i also feel like my case isnt strong enough

Is this normal?

my first day was today at staples, and yesterday i called them. Because i didnt know what time I was supposed to come in. the manager then said she would call me on my start day and tell me when to come in

so all of today i was waiting for the call. I ended up calling the store at around 1:30pm to see what was going on

The manager picked up and goes “its too late to come in now. come tomorrow at 2”

This seems really unprofessional and its making me nervous. I was wondering if anyone had similar experience?

Healed in three weeks?

Hi, I suffered with this problem for about 3 months, possibly more and I want to give some advice.

my symptoms were: nausea, vomiting, low appetite, headaches, back and leg aches, vision issues, abdominal pain, chest pain, heart burn, dizzyness, fatigue, bad tasting saliva, and weakness.

I lost 20 pounds in two months and even had to go to the ER because I thought I was dying. I was bedridden for weeks.

I got my endoscopy and have erosive gastritis and esophagitis. H Pylori is unknown if I have it.

But heres what I did.
After the endoscopy I was taking 40 mg omeprazole everyday.

I found that some foods were good for me. I had milk and french toast for breakfast everyday. For lunch and dinner I had rice, usually with a sauce or lentil soup or chicken. of course also hydrate. I had fruits or yogurt in between meals. This alone made me feel 50% better.
The first few days eating was painful, I felt it burn my insides and my bowel movements were uncomfortable. My abdomen would cramp up and be super painful.
I often had to eat slow, sit up straight for at least 30 mins to digest. I chewed food as much as i could, ate slow, and took breaks with eating. I spent alot of time sleeping and resting these days. Just focus on getting food in the body!

If I felt nauseous, I closed my mouth and calmed my body and tried to control my gagging as much as I can. I did not wanna throw up all of my food. (i did not force myself to stop, but I for some reason was able to control it or reduce it).

Other things I did was: 1 tb liquid myltana every night before bed, I took vitamin b 12 which instantly helped vision issues, i took vitamin D, i stopped caffiene completely, I stopped any NSAID use, I drank more water than usual, rested alot.

As I slowly regained energy from getting food in the body, I felt better. I was able to eat more foods that I usually ate by week 2. During week three, Im eating out and have no issues with food!
I feel 90% recovered. Although I still experience some aches on my chest and abdomen where the stomach is, its not bad. Im able to leave my house for all day without worrying an what to eat or worrying about pain

My symptoms are almost unnoticeable right now. Im eating spicy foods, started my caffeine beverages again, doing chores and work, feeling good.

Of course I will be getting back to my og diet. If i go back to fast food so fast my ulcerations may worsen
