i've been trying to make raffine work in competitive brawl for some time now but the deck still has a horrid win-rate, can some of you please look at my list and suggest what i should add/remove to make the deck function.
in the casual queue the deck had a great win-rate and the only thing i really added was more free interaction and i cut some of the top curve.
