Just 3 days without my phone after dinner and I’m already going to bed earlier

For the past 3 days, I stopped using my phone after dinner, and I’m going to bed earlier. Not perfectly. I still use it for calls, maps, and things I need. But I stopped the night scrolling. No Reddit, no YouTube, no random tabs, no checking messages every few minutes. Before this, my nights were the same. Get home, eat, lie down, tell myself I’m only checking one thing. Then it’s almost midnight. I’m tired, but my brain is awake.

These 3 nights, I put my phone in another room after dinner. The first night felt strange. My hand kept reaching for it.So I gave myself something else to do. I turned off the main lights, put on my Yogasleep Dohm, turned on my Pococo star projector, and read a few pages on my Kindle while the stars were on the ceiling. No feed, no comments, no phone games. Just something quiet to look at.

It sounds small, but my sleep changed fast. I got sleepy earlier, went to bed earlier, and woke up less foggy. I didn’t end the night with my head full of internet noise.I’m not saying 3 days fixed my life. But it showed me how much night scrolling was messing with my evenings.
