Can anyone tell me how I can remineralize distilled water for it to come as close as possible to Evian, Fiji, or Mountain valley? It doesn’t have to be exact but something close.

Every Mast Cell stabilizer I try gives me severe apathy, lethargy, indifference, tiredness, and anhedonia. I’ve tried ketotifen, KPV, and luteolin. Everyone of them gives me these symptoms and then when I stop them I get rebound effects that last a few days. I was told that the brain no longer being stimulated by histamine causes this flatline.

Anybody experience this?
