Hey .. so i used to be like 81 kg last September now I’m like 60 kg (which is the normal according to bmi)
Now the thing is .. i dont really feel confident at all .. i used to feel more happy and carefree before.. now i feel like im getting little uglier like i lost my face fat, i used to have cheeks and all but now i look like im dead and i don’t want to get botox or any anything, these stuff not for me
And don’t get me started with my body shape..
I look at food and all i see calories and numbers i don’t like food no more, even when i cheat meals i don’t enjoy them at all.
I feel like kid who just want complaining about things but i don’t feel confident at all..
