Am I wrong for calling out of work for period cramps?

I have horrid period cramps for the first 3 days of my period and it's getting to a point where almost everytime I start, I find myself calling out on the first or second day which means I'm practically calling out almost every month. A couple of times my supervisor picked up he'd get very upset and borderline yell at me because of the circumstances (short-staffed bc multiple others also called out, had a meeting the exact same day, etc.). I know calling out frequently is frustrating, understandably, but if I'm physically unable to work due to the pain, is it really my fault? Painkillers of any sort do not work and I can't bring a heatpad with me to a job where I'm on my feet for hours on end.

It's exhausting and I'm currently battling with myself on whether or not I should call out today considering the cramps just won't let up or just suck it up and feel awful for the entire day to avoid getting yelled at again. A couple of times he's even asked the reason I'd call and treated it like I should just be at work regardless. I don't know what to do.

Is the game bugged out for anyone else?

I bought wish coins and it keeps saying there is a connection issue (which there isn't, my internet is fine) and I didn't receive my coins :/ Everytime I go back into the premium shop and click on the wish coins, it has another pop-up. Should I write a support ticket? I'm pissed off that I spent 20 bucks on coins and didn't get any of them.
