Down almost 30lbs in 2 months on HIMs

3/16/26 SW: 286.0
5/16/26 CW: 259.6

I’ve been doing my injection every Sunday night initially starting at 8 units/0.2mg and just recently increased my dosage to 12 units (.3mg).

I’m honestly surprised at my progress since I’ve been struggling with losing weight for the last few years, I was usually yo-yo’ing between 270-285lbs.

I am going to the gym 3x/week focusing primarily on cardio for 45mins-1hr/ day.

I am an OTR working in home health covering 1 county, it’s just 1 COTA and myself and I’ve been here for almost 2 years whereas the COTA has been here for a while (I’m assuming 5+ years)

In my time here, I’ve only had 1 patient directly complain to me about the COTA not addressing shower transfers and I spoke with them about this, issue resolved.

But in these last few months/weeks, the complaints are becoming more and more, here a few for example
-they only stay for about 10-15 minutes
-they don’t do anything besides sit on the couch and talk to me.

But here’s the catch, the patients are communicating this to our other coworkers (PTs/PTAs) and not myself, and when I see the patients for reassessment it is NEVER mentioned to me.

I don’t feel comfortable approaching the COTA regarding this issue as of right now it seems to be a “he said/she said” moment although I don’t believe my co-workers would lie about this, has anyone ever ran into this issue and how did you go about handling it??
