I want to maybe get a tattoo related to tourettes but I want it to be a jokey one

My main tic is looking up, but I can't think of a good joke to make about it. I always make jokes about it in certain situations, like if someone tells me to look at something, I'll make a joke about how I physically can't when my tics are really bad, but thats not a good enough joke to get a tattoo of.

I keep trying to make a joke out of "look of the bright side" where the punchline is something about me looking up. I genuinely cant think of anything at all.

Any help?

I tried asking this on AskRomania but couldn't upload photos. Should I go for the design I have already, or something less basic?

I want to get a tattoo to represent every country I visit, and so far, I've only been to Romania. I've looked up a lot of Romanian patterns and stuff like this comes up a lot. I dont have a ton of mone y, and was told this would be around 100-140 GBP for it all around the wrist. But im just wondering if there is anything less basic i can get, thats isnt too out there that represents Romania. What do you think of the last picture?
