Mmm breakfast. Overnight oats. This has the best texture of any i have tried so far

1 cups oats mixed with a couple scoops of pb powder and a sprinkle of cinnamon, (i also added some hulled hemp seeds and mushroom powder and carob powder for more nutrients.) Pureed it all into a flour.

Then add 1 and half cups of almond milk, some maple syrup, your choice of fruit , i used some banana and sweet potatoe chunks i had previously cooked. and a spoonful of regular peanut butter and then puree it all again and let sit in fridge overnight.

Then pour into containers to freeze for 24 hours and process on lite, dash milk, respin.

My somewhat healthy, high protein and mostly fat free creation. Taste amazing but requires some prep. (Sweet potatoe, carob powder)

Ingredients:

-Sweet potatoes about 1 1/2 cup cooked( i like to slice and boil a bunch of them for 15 mins then freeze on baking dish, and just grab a handful/thaw in microwave when needed.

Step1:

- 2 cups almond or cashew milk

- 1 spoon full of peanut butter ( can be ommited)

- 1/4 cup maple syrup

- 1 apple ( i use red delious)

-1 banana

-salt 1/4 tsp

( for more protein you can add in a cup of cooked red lentils, chikpeas, or adzuki beans)

Add all of the above to food processor and blend until smooth.

(More Ingredients)

-3 tbs peanut powder

1/3 cup carob powder

1 tsp vanilla powder

Step 2: pour the mixture into a sauce pan and heat on low until it starts to bubble, stirring frequent. Once it bubbles add the pb powder, vanilla powder and carob powder stirring until mixed.

Step 3:Set to cool and then put in fridge for awhile to finish cooling, and then pour into the ninja creami containers and freeze for 24 hours.

-Use the lite ice cream setting, once finished add a table spoon or so of almond milk and then do the re-spin setting.

-optional-sprinkle with maple flakes after.
