Yeah, I'm taking Mushroom for the very first time , kinda nervous so curious to know what all things I should be careful of and

what time preferable ?

should I do it on empty stomach or I can Have a breakfast and then have it. And what about consuming it with some kind of sandwich, or should I like consume it very raw ,
