I act so weird??

Ive heard from so many people that when they meet me I seem to be "neurotic". I ramble a lot, forget what I said or what people have told me, I tend to say strange or inappropriate stuff without realizing and in general, I fully understand that I just seem so damn weird. As it has been bothering me so much, I've gotten curious if this is a me thing and I just really have to try harder or if someone relates. I'd be really interested in hearing someone else's perspectives and maybe figuring out how to work around this? I'd be grateful for anything!!!

Ive been smoking for close to 4 years and I honestly never even considered quiting until recently. I am terrified of the withdrawal so I picked a date next week and want to wing myself off at first. The thing I am most exited for is getting my voice back. I love singing and I've always talked a lot, but for the past 2 years I noticed how raspy my voice is, how dry my throat has become and that I have to cough before speaking since otherwise there's too much mucus. If anyone has any tips for me or advice, it would be greatly appreciated 💞💞
