Need Help with Flydigi BS1 Laptop Cooling Pad
I’ve had this cooling pad for almost two years and it’s been perfect for me, I most appreciate that it’s quiet and cools my older Helios Predator 300 laptop.
But yesterday this weird tiny peice of metal came out of my c port wedged in my charger head, I had to yank it out. And now my c port still tech works so my pad still works, but the wire won’t stay in the port. It’s constantly falling out, the tiniest of movement has it falling out and then it dies. I am constantly re plugging it in and holding it in plac. There is definitely something wrong with the c port it looks damaged, like i know this piece was to keep the wire In, but i don’t know what to do to fix it. Can I take it to a computer parts shop?
I even tried looking to see how much a replacement would be and there literally is no more of either these or it’s successor Anywhere on the internet! like is the company going bankrup? you just can find them! I looked everywhere!
And I also couldnt find another one of a different brand that did what this did, being so quiet but still worked so well.
Its also really not even that old, just two years, so im really annoyed at the idea of having to buy something so expensive again. Is there anything that can be done?
