Was at a TJ-max today and was trying to make small talk with a guy I found in the same isle as me. Average white dude; wearing one of those bass pro shop hats but looking at pink tops??? Probably for someone else but whatever. He kept trying to tell me about his clock collection and where he got them, and how he had one shaped like a horse from the 1930s... A little bit of talking later and I found out we both like music and I don't even know what I was trying to do but my dumb ass decides to randomly say "Do you like pina coladas" but it just came out as "Do you like..." and then a pause followed by a strained battle cry of "Penis???" I started laughing really hard and he looked alarmed and just... left... Sweet lord I hope no one heard me, and sweet lord I hope I never see him again.

TLDR: "Do you like pina coladas?" came out as "Do you like... Penis...?"

I wanted to add this little bit a couple of days after posting this, is that I do not think I was right, nore a saint in this situation, this is where you admit a story of when you know you fucked up. I, myself am a guy, and like to wear pink, I just found it a bit odd, given the context of the usually masculine associated bass pro shop hat.. Also this guy mentioned "women ruining everything", made a stereotypical joke about "girls love shopping all our money away" and gave me creep vibes in general, so I feel as if that's why I made negative commentary on this guy... Obviously you shouldn't insult anyone, but I got caught up in adding to my story by making jokes of the internet, and that's why I said those things about him, and I would like to apologies, that was wrong and I guess that was a YIFU... This isn't because of bad comments I've gotten, I just don't think I properly conveyed some aspects. Also, you guys are so funny! Thank you for engaging so much in my story. <3
