VETASSESS - Statutory Declaration

Hi guys, medyo confused lang. Currently gathering my docs for VETASSESS assessment.

Bale, meron akong work from 2021-2022 na highly relevant sana. Kaya lang, nung nagrequest ako ng Statement of Service, ni-refuse na nung owner kasi nagsara na sila 3 years ago. Ayaw rin mag-witness ng previous managers ko kasi hindi sila sure sa implications if they do (since it is a legal document).

Ito yung meron ako from this work exp:

- Bank statements to substantiate paid employment

- COE detailing start and end dates, salary, and job title

- Employment contract detailing working hours (full time, 40 hours a week)

All in all, ang kulang ko lang naman ay official document stating my duties and responsibilities. If I prepare a Statutory Declaration, sign it, then have it notarized, will it be accepted by VETASSESS as evidence of duties? Or need talaga i-sign ng manager?

TYIA!

VETASSESS - Statutory Declaration for responsibilities ONLY

Hi everybody.

I am facing some confusion regarding this step in the process.

I have a 13-month experience with a company from 2021-2022. The company has since closed, and I have been refused a Statement of Service. Additionally, my managers are refusing to sign as witness to a statutory declaration.

What I do have:

- Certificate of Employment detailing start and finish date and monthly salary.

- An employment contract detailing full working hours (40 hours per week)

- Bank statements

Basically, I am lacking any sort of proof of tasks performed during this time. Can I submit a statutory declaration that is signed by myself only and notarized by a local notary public?

Many thanks!

Hi everybody, I’m trying to get my application for VETASSESS in order. I have 22 months of onshore experience as Construction Estimator.

What confuses me is if I can use my Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (completed outside Australia) to boost my chances of getting a positive assessment? The application form seems to be for a diploma qualification, so I’m unsure how to fill it out.

Is my degree usable?
