Tesla insurance will not respond to me, they are atrocious.
My car was hit while parked 11 days ago and despite countless emails and messages, nobody will get back to me. My immobile car is at risk of being towed by the CHP. but I can’t get Tesla to respond to me.
Has anyone else experienced their complete incompetence?
