How do you actually start ?

I’ve been overweight if not obese my whole life and I want to start taking care of myself and losing the weight but where on earth do you even start!?!

It feels like a huge hurdle , I literally tried cutting back my food today and all I could think about was food even if I wasn’t hungry or even didn’t want to eat I still ate !!!

I’ve tried dieting but i just lose a-bunch of weight get dizzy and feel awful, stop and put it all back on again if not more

All I think about is food and my weight but I never change what I eat and hence stay fat. I just want to feel good for once. Please any advice, I feel low and just want to go up.

Thank you ,this seems like a truly supportive sub.

How much money do you need for university

So university is expensive as everyone knows so as I am reapplying next year ( didn’t get in due to lack of work experience) and taking a gap year but how much money should I earn to save ?

Like how much money did you wish you had for living or how much did you spend ? I’m not from a too well off background either and whilst my parents will help it won’t be much so I’m aiming higher but some advice on roughly how much would be beneficial.

It might also be worth adding the degree is 5/6 years so is longer than normal

Edit: this would be in the north west and I would be living in accom

Thanks

Has anyone else done like no revision

I’ve done like nothing over these past weeks and feel horrible but can’t bring myself to do anything I keep telling myself it’s fine because I’ve done well in mocks but it’s like unless there is a direct crushing pressure on me I can’t study but also pressure makes it so I don’t study . I feel like everyone online does more than the average person but I also know I’ve done less than average. I just don’t know what to do , I will study but it will most likely be the day before the exam and maybe the morning of, has anyone done this and gotten reasonable grades or in the same boat?
