As part of a larger effort to optimize what I bring on very long canoe trips, I’m thinking of making the switch to instant coffee. I haven’t been a fan in the past, but am wondering if there is anything good out there. Does anyone have recommendations? I live in Ontario, Canada. Thanks

I have been going to the gym in the Rec Centre for many years and have always liked it. Lately some right-wing looney has been leaving copies of a newsletter all over the change room. The gym staff are aware of it and have posted signs stating that this is not allowed. I find the whole thing very weird and disturbing. Has this person left souvenirs anywhere else in town?
