Tonight: Mama pork to the *n*th degree

Ground pork with: ground black +Szechuan green and flaked red peppers, garlic powder, lime, soy, cilantro, browned with beef renderings and butter.

Corn with cilantro, Tabasco, and black pepper, roasted.

Onion and garlic sautéed in butter, soy, and flaked red pepper. Par-steamed broccoli added as onions became translucent.

Served w lime, chili, sesame, and green onion.

Doesn't look great but that Szechuan pepper and lime and cilantro really fixes my soul.

Finally in motion again

Not much in terms of motion, but I can't complain. It's a gorgeous day to deal with the regional passenger trains being fucked off, and I'm landing in Niagara tonight.

Today's Ramen : Wai Wai Quick Hot and Spicy Noodles(Chicken)

Today's ramen! Added butter, cream cheese, frozen corn, green onion, sesame and lime. I think next time I'm going to try some coconut cream instead of the dairy.
